Objective:

The Rotational Development Program will jump start future team members careers by providing in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across Nixon’s various organizational functions.

Program Scope:

In this 18-24 month program, participants can anticipate hands-on training, customized projects and one-on-one mentorship. Participants will be provided a Program Manager as well as a “Local” Manager during each rotation. The Program Manager will provide guidance and advice to assist in improving performance and preparing for future responsibilities. The “Local” Manager will be the department expert for a specific rotation, delivering technical knowledge and trainings as well as assigning projects and tasks.

The Operations Rotational Development Program is a fully immersive 18 to 24-month long rotational program that will expose future business leaders to various aspects of our Aftermarket Operations Division. The rotation program will provide the necessary experiences to build key skills enabling program participants to become successful.
