The Rotational Development Program will jump start future team members careers by providing in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across Nixon’s various organizational functions.
In this 18-24 month program, participants can anticipate hands-on training, customized projects and one-on-one mentorship. Participants will be provided a Program Manager as well as a “Local” Manager during each rotation. The Program Manager will provide guidance and advice to assist in improving performance and preparing for future responsibilities. The “Local” Manager will be the department expert for a specific rotation, delivering technical knowledge and trainings as well as assigning projects and tasks.
